Polywrapping is a finish used by mailing houses to enclose paper items into polythene (also known as polywrap film).
In effect the polythene forms an clear envelope around the item being wrapped which is useful for protecting the contents for transportation, display and of course for posting.
Our business has over two decades of experience polywrapping literally tens of millions of items in a variety of formats and working on numerous prestigious polywrapping campaigns.

Polywrapping is used mainly to wrap items that are going to be posted, distributed in bulk or displayed. We enclose everything from subscription magazines for publishing houses, mail order catalogues, order forms, posters, letters and promotional items such as CD's, DVDs and pens.
We offer more than one polywrapping finish using either clear or printed film. Film thickness is dependant on the number, thickness and overall weight of the items enclosed. Printed film can be generated using your artwork and be printed either on a single side or one both.
Whilst the polywrapping process is quite a straightforward process, there are a number of technical considerations that need to be taken into account at both design and planning stages. We can walk you through the whole process offering a hand-holding approach to ensure you get the best outcome.
